Our in-house artist incorporates your colors, ideas and dreams into wedding cakes and specialty cakes designed to accentuate your memorable occassions.

Our Flavors And Fillings

Swedish Princess - Rich vanilla genoise with velvety custard and sweet, red raspberry preserves then iced with fresh whipped cream and wrapped in marzipan. A house specialty done in the traditional style!

Hazelnut Truffle - Amaretto soaked vanilla butter cake provides the base for our decadent hazelnut cream and chocolate truffle filled cake.

Kahlua Truffle - Sumptuous Devil's Food chocolate cake, kissed by Kahlua liqueur, is layered with decadent chocolate truffle filling, delicate mocha whipped cream and succulent apricot preserves, then glazed with chocolate ganache icing.

Lemon Mousse - Tart, fluffy lemon mousse floats on vanilla genoise cake. Iced with a French meringue buttercream flavored with real vanilla. Light and refreshing!

Lemon Cointreau - Vanilla genoise cake lightly brushed with Cointreau liqueur and filled with tart lemon mousse, iced with fresh whipped cream and covered with marzipan.

Pistaschio Truffle - Orange-almond pound cake layered with toasted pistachio buttercream and chocolate truffle.

Frangelico Mousse - Alternating chocolate and vanilla cake layers brushed with Frangelico liqueur, filled with bittersweet chocolate mousse, iced with hazelnut buttercream and covered with chocolate ganache.

Chocolate Mousse-Raspberry - Moist vanilla cake layered with rich chocolate mousse and red raspberry preserves, then covered with a creamy white chocolate ganache glaze.

Chocolate Mousse - Rich chocolate mousse made with bittersweet chocolate and sweet cream filled chocolate layers with chocolate buttercream and dark chocolate ganache icing. A most requested cake!

Tiramisu - Vanilla cake soaked with Kahlua then layered with mocha whipped cream, ladyfingers soaked in espresso, Italian cream cheese and cocoa powder. Surrounded with ladyfingers and topped with hand-shaved dark chocolate.

Carrot Cake - Shredded sweet carrots, plump golden raisins and California walnuts carefully blended with just the right amount of spice. A lightly sweetened, lemon-flavored cream cheese fills and frosts this incredibly moist cake.

Chocolate Decadence - Rich, decadent flourless chocolate torte covered in a dark chocolate ganache glaze. A chocoholic's delight!

French Almond Cake - A rich, buttery almond pound cake layered with succulent red raspberry preserves and chocolate truffle and covered with a creamy white chocolate glaze.

Grand Marnier Mousse - A vanilla cake brushed with Grand Marnier liqueur and filled with chocolate mousse, chocolate truffle and apricot preserves. Iced with a chocolated ganache glaze.

St. Honorè - Crisp puff pastry and chocolate buttercream with rum custard and vanilla genoise soaked with rum. Iced with fresh whipped cream and garnished with rum custard filled cream puffs and maraschino cherries.

Black Forest - Moist chocolate cake brushed with Kirsch then filled with cherries and Kirsch flavored whipped cream. Topped with cherries and hand-shaved dark chocolate.

Fruit Basket - Four layers of vanilla cake filled with velvety custard, fresh bananas, strawberries and pineapple, then iced with fresh whipped cream. (seasonal)

Amaretto and Strawberries - Rich vanilla cake lightly brushed with Ameretto and layered with Amaretto custard and fresh sliced strawberries. A French Meringue vanilla buttercream ices this delicious cake. (seasonal)

Champagne Cake - Vanilla cake brushed with Kirsch then filled with Kirsch flavored custard and iced with fresh whipped cream. Hand-shaved white chocolate garnish tops it all off!

Coffee Crunch - Vanilla cake layered with fresh whipped cream and coffee crunch candies. The original Blum's recipe!
