Dear Karen,

Both Brien and I absolutely loved our wedding cake!! Nnot only ws it visually beautiful, but it tasted absolutely fabulous and I consider myself a conisseur of desserts. I knew that my friends and family would have high expectations of my wedding cake, since they all know how much Brian and I are "into" sweets -- well, they were not disappointed...everyone loved it!

We took the top tier with us on our honeymoon and ate some of it every day for a week...It was still delicious...
